Carpet Cleaning

Most companies only offer one method of cleaning! WHY? Either they cannot afford to purchase all the extra equipment or they only know one cleaning method, or maybe they're simply too lazy. Who really knows? But the fact is that there are five methods in use today and each is designed for a particular purpose. Each method, used properly, is invaluable to the consumer in addressing his or her particular need.  This is why all of our technicians are thoroughly trained in all five methods - so you can choose which one suits your home best.

NO ONE can do what we do for the same price. We are the only company in the Green Country area that:

  • Vacuums, which is a must in terms of the cleaning process
  • Hand-cleans around base-boards and any furniture that the machine cannot get around or under.
  • Grooms every house that can be groomed
  • Has all methods of cleaning available to choose from.

If you call around, you will find that no company will go to the lengths we will to clean your carpet properly.  Most other companies will make excuses for why they cannot perform to such high standards, or they'll simply say that your problem cannot be fixed.

We match all competitors' prices and services on any ad. They will never match ours though - NEVER.  We will never tell you one method is better then the next, or that one company is better than the next.  What we will tell you is that we are happy to go head-to-head with any company, any time.

Most companies will give you a reason why their cleaning method is the best: there are two main reasons for this. One reason is that they don't have any other to compare it to; the second is that they have always gone with their method and they find no reason to change now, even if a different cleaning method were
better on some occasions). If each company had all methods available to choose from, which would they really choose?

Truck-mount-only companies sometimes say, "We are the method most recommended by carpet manufacturers," which is simply not true. If you go to the manufacturer's website, it's a good idea to find out where it states a cleaning recommendation for a particular method or machine. Most all manufacturers
recommend the following steps:

  1. Vacuum thoroughly, removing the dry soil first
  2. Soil Suspension (another term for pre-treating)
  3. Agitation (which can mean a few different things, depending on the manufacturer)
  4. Soil Extraction. Which means removal of dirt. This does not refer to a machine process, as some might want you to think.
  5. Grooming.

Most truck-mount companies will tell you that their machines perform all these things in one or two steps, but that is simply not true. We also have truck-mounts, but we still carefully perform all these steps when using our truck-mounts.
