5 Steps:- Inspection: We walk through the house with the client, explaining our process and locating each vent. We then inspect the furnace, plenum, and coil prior to starting.
- Vent Cleaning: We remove and clean the vent cover; then, using one of our cleaning method, we go down each vent and return, breaking up the debris and removing it. We go through the entire system as the system allows.
- Sanitizing: Once the system is cleaned, we fog the system with an EPA-registered sanitizer. We also replace the filter if available.
- Clean-Up: After cleaning, we go through the area, replacing furniture we've moved and replacing vent covers, picking up any mess we may have made.
- Final Inspection: Lastly, we walk through doing our final inspection, making sure the system is working properly.
 
Internet Prices- Each Vent is $15
- Each return is $25.
- Vaulted Ceiling vents/returns are an additional $5.
- Additional services such as furnace,
- A/C coil,blowers, mold treatments are quoted extra in the home and are based on the customer's need of them.
- Dryer Vent Cleaning is $89 to $125 alone, or $59 to $79 with vent cleaning.
